Leading a project with a strategic approach can alleviate and mitigate risks in many ways. Designing a roadmap with intent visualizes a clear vision and direction to optimize team collaboration and efficiency. Specifically, I have adopted a human-centered approach  using various design thinking frameworks and tools for building strategy.
